Deliveries at hotel
We need: recipient's and hotel's data - recipient's and hotel's telephone number - Room number - Name of the tour operator (if available).
If we have wrong information, we won't refund the customer.
Deliveries at hospital
We need: recipient's and hospital's data - recipient's and hospital's telephone number - Room number - Ward name - Room number (if available).
It would be a good idea to give an alternative address in the delivery instruction field, in case the recipient has been released.
Take in consideration that most hospitals do not allow florists to deliver personally. If we have wrong information, we won't refund the customer.
Recipient Not Home
If the recipient is not at home when the florist attempts a delivery,
He/She can:
call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time, or leaves a note on the recipients door asking Him/Her to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time, or leaves the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home, or leaves the gift bouquet to a neighbour and place a message on the recipients door with any information.
If we have wrong information, we won't refund the customer.
